2016 ICP payout

I have just been advised that the ICP payout will be 56.67% (note that equates to 85% of “target”). Considering the events of the past year, I will point out that we are receiving more money than we traded for participation in the ICP plan.

ICP payments will be made on Jan. 31, 2017. Individual statements displaying each salaried employee’s ICP award for 2016 will be available on Jan. 29, 2017, through myBNSFcareer. You can access myBNSFcareer by clicking the quick link on the employee intranet/portal. Once in myBNSFcareer, view your 2016 ICP statement by clicking on “My Employee File” or “Employee Files” from the Home drop down, then click on the “Public Profile” drop down and select “Variable Pay Statement.” Paystubs will be available for viewing on the employee intranet portal on Jan. 29, 2017.
