Dear Gentlemen,

We had our quadrennial meeting on October 30^th through November 1^st, our delegates voted to raise our dues assessment from $5.00 to $7.50 a month, (an increase of $2.50 per month).

Please arrange for a mass payroll withholding of this amount starting on the second half of January 2016. This will need to be done before January 15^th to take affect on the second half. This should give you plenty of time to inform your members.
